Although it is the responsibility of the property owner to inform their local Authority of intended works, we at Acend Ltd will do all the legwork on your behalf and even provide you with your particular Local Authority application forms, all you have to do is sign the forms and provide a cheque for the appropriate Authority fee, we will contact your Building Control Department, and liaise with the Building Control Officer from commencement though to completion, shortly after completion you will receive a certificate from your Local Authority to confirm that all works have been carried out in accordance to currant Building Regulations and Controls, this is an essential document when selling your property.
